Which assessment do I need?
A physical inspection allows an assessor to examine the vehicle in person. A desktop report uses photographs and information you provide. Tell us who needs the report and why, and we can discuss a suitable approach.
What photographs should I send?
Include the front, rear, both sides and corner views of the whole vehicle, plus clear close-ups and wider views of each damaged area. Photograph the registration and mileage where practical. Only take photographs when it is safe to do so.
Do you assess Category C, D, N & S vehicles?
Yes. This is a specialist area of our damage consistency service. Send the registration, repair records and any written report requirements so we can confirm a suitable scope.
How much does an assessment cost?
The fee depends on the type of report and the work required. Send us your details and we will confirm the scope and fee before proceeding.
Does submitting the form confirm an appointment?
No. The form is an enquiry. We will contact you to discuss the assessment, fee and availability before an appointment is confirmed.
Can I visit the registered office?
Please arrange an inspection with us before travelling. The registered office address is provided for company correspondence and is not advertised as a walk-in inspection centre.
